I faced an issue with the room upgrade, where the staff seemed very reluctant to help. The dated condition of the room only added to my frustration, and I felt entirely disregarded during my stay.

The beach area is disappointingly small, making it unsuitable for leisurely activities!!! Additionally, the pool cleaning personnel invading private space raised concerns over privacy!!!

I had an amazing experience with breathtaking ocean views from my room and the staff was genuinely kind and attentive. The pools were fantastic, giving a perfect spot to relax and unwind. However, the dining options could be better with more consistent menu offerings.

the westin offers a beautiful oceanfront view that made our stay special. the spacious 2 bedroom pool villa was perfect for our family. the infinity plunge pool was an absolute highlight! the buggy service was super quick, and we enjoyed how close the hotel was to the pier for our island trips.

We spent 5 nights here and wow, the ocean views from our room were just stunning! The staff was super friendly and even made cute towel shapes, like elephants. Don’t miss the vegetarian fajitas at the restaurant. they were delish! Just a heads up, getting anywhere requires a bit of a trek or taxi, so be ready for that.

While the variety of food options is decent, inconsistency in the breakfast buffet can be disappointing, especially for those expecting more than just limited options. The atmosphere felt a bit lifeless at times, lacking the vibrant energy you might find in other similar resorts.

The Deluxe King room was pretty comfy with a nice sea view. Clean and well-maintained, and the cleaning staff was super helpful. Loved the spaciousness and the setup. But the beach was totally a letdown—muddy and not the sandy paradise I expected. Plus, the location was just okay since you need to shuttle to explore local spots. Still, the room kind of made up for it.
